Therapy with me tends to feel collaborative and conversational. I believe wholeheartedly in the mind/body connection and work with clients to increase awareness and implement change using somatic and behavioral approaches. Working with me, you can expect an integration of evidence-based practices which may include mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), self-compassion, and strengths-based practices. My work is also trauma-informed, taking into account how past events may be affecting the present.
